The NJ Courts Foreclosure Mediation Program in MONMOUTH COUNTY is CLOSED.
The Court’s foreclosure Mediation program in Monmouth County is closed. Home owners who receive foreclosure complaints in Monmouth County will not be able to apply for mediation. All modification attempts must go directly through the lender.
The New Jersey Judiciary had established a free Foreclosure Mediation Program in 2009 due to a rapid increase in residential foreclosures. Since its creation, this program has offered free assistance to eligible homeowners to help them avoid foreclosure, including loan modification.
This program will be ending throughout the State of New Jersey in the coming months, but Monmouth County Mediation is no longer available to new applicants.
